The Executive Spinner is a cabin trolley case fitted with the SCEC-approved BiLock SL3 keyed BiLock exclusive system and two external TSA combination lock latches. Meeting the measurement requirements for carry-on hand luggage for domestic aircraft and international aircraft. 
Constructed of hard-sided 100% polycarbonate plastic, this non-zippered case with a secure framework fastening is incredibly lightweight and sturdy.

Setting the combination on your Executive Spinner case.

Start with the lock open and tumblers in the 3-zero position as below.

With a pen, push in the small silver button next to the tumbler (red arrow). While the button is pushed in set your 3-digit code on the 3 tumblers, release the pen from the button and then push in the button marked with the green arrow to set the lock, you will hear a click.

The lock is now set to your desired code.
