High Security Cases & Satchels

SCEC (Security Construction and Equipment Committee) is the Australian Government body that evaluates security products for Commonwealth use. Endorsed products appear on the Security Equipment Evaluated Products List (SEEPL) and are approved under the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF Release 2025) for the protection of classified material in PSPF Zones 3–5.

Categories include Class A, B and C secure cabinets and containers, tamper-evident satchels and bags (SL3, SL4), and high-security combination locks. SEEPL access is restricted to government agencies, SCEC Approved Locksmiths, Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) members, and ABN companies on government projects.
