AUSTRALIA POST INFORMATION
Australia Post is experiencing delays due to extended COVID-19 staff shortages, limited flights and high parcel volumes. Below delivery times are just an estimate. The Aus Security team will continue to dispatch orders every week-day excluding public holidays but please understand shipping delays are out of our control.
We use Australia Post eParcel.
We use the safe drop service option for delivery where Australia Post will notify you during the delivery process to see if you would like your parcel left in a safe place. This is why we require your phone number and email address. If you wish for Australia Post not to contact you for delivery purposes, please leave a message in the note section on the check out page or contact us at email@example.com with your order number and message once you have completed the check out process.
All deliveries require signature on delivery unless you have selected safe drop. In the case that you are not available to pick up your package, Australia Post will leave a card at your residence with instructions to pick up your order from an Australia Postal Oﬃce. If you have a MyPost account with Australia Post you may be contacted by Australia Post prior to delivery oﬀering their Safe Drop service where you waive the requirement for a signature. *If you use this service or request safe drop via email or text, you have made an agreement between you and Australia Post, and Aus Security Products will take no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items if you choose to use this service.
Government order and orders over $500 will always require a signature on delivery.

Products are shipped from our Sydney CBD, Sutherland or Victoria warehouse. We use Australia Post eParcel.

Express Post Shipping - not an overnight service, this is a priority service(1-4 BUSINESS DAYS - UP TO 5 DAYS FOR WA & REMOTE AREAS) Items under 3kg only $16.00

International Shipping is offered to New Zealand and the USA. If you would like to purchase from any other country please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. NZ Shipping price is $30 AUD for items 3kg and under. Items over 3kg a shipping charge of $80 will be allocated to the order. If your order is over 4kg a custom shipping charge will be quoted for you.
Shipping to the USA for 0-1kg is $45, 1kg-4.9kg $70, 4.9kg-5kg $105 AUD. International shipping times are estimated to be 6-27 business days.

Once shipped typical delivery time as follows:
NSW, QLD, VIC Up to 7 Days
SA, TAS Up To 9 Days
WA, NT Up To 12 Days
Longer delivery times occur in peak times like Christmas and large sale events.

**Customised / Large Orders** For customised and large orders, a team member will contact you within 24 hours with details of your delivery schedule.
We offer FREE in store pick up. In-store pick is available at our Caringbah location or our Sydney location with advanced notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment must be sent before any orders can be processed. With the exception of official government purchase orders.
- Orders received on Weekends and NSW Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is received & conﬁrmed you will be sent an email of your receipt, tax invoice and tracking number.
- Orders from international countries excluding NZ and the USA require payment to be made via bank deposit.

Delivery dates and times are quoted in good faith, but are not guaranteed. Seller cannot assume any risk or liability for delay or non-fulfilment of shipments due to acts of war, strikes, breakdown, fires, pandemics or other causes beyond Seller’s control. It is up to the buyer to ensure the delivery address given is accurate and to allow sufficient time for any delays in deliveries. Freight charges (if any) are non refundable.
LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN PACKAGES
Aus Security Products is not responsible for Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages. If your Item happens to get lost, damaged or stolen we will do our best to assist you by providing you with the tracking number and shipment details. It is the customers responsibility to solve the issue with the Postal Oﬃce. Please understand that lost, damaged or stolen packages are out of our control.
