Shipping Information

Shipping cost is based on weight and quantities determined via Australia Post eParcel.

International Shipping is offered to New Zealand.

Products are shipped from our Caringbah warehouse. We use Australia Post eParcel, DHl and Direct Couriers.

Delivery time is based on Australia Post.

Once shipped, typical delivery times are as follows:

  • NSW, QLD, VIC - 2 - 7 Days
  • SA, TAS - Up To 2 - 9 Days
  • WA, NT - Up To 2 - 12 Days
  • Some products will have a lead time (info displayed on product listing). Please contact us for the estimated time. 

For customised and large orders, a team member will contact you within 24 hours with details of your delivery schedule.

In-Store Pick Up: Free

We offer FREE in-store pick-up: Unit 24 65/75 Captain Cook Dr, Caringbah NSW 2229

Please contact sales@aussecurityproducts.com.au to confirm your item is available from our Caringbah location prior to pick up.

Terms & Conditions

  • Payment must be sent before any orders can be processed, with the exception of official government purchase orders.
  • Orders received on weekends and NSW Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is received & confirmed, you will be sent an email with your receipt, tax invoice, and tracking number.
  • Pick-up orders will require the order number and identification to match the order billing details. 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

All deliveries require a signature on delivery. In the case that you are not available to pick up your package, Australia Post will leave a card at your residence with instructions to pick up your order from an Australia Post Office. If you have a MyPost account with Australia Post, you may be contacted by Australia Post prior to delivery, offering their Safe Drop service where you waive the requirement for a signature. * If you use this service, you have made an agreement between you and Australia Post, and Aus Security Products will take no responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen items if you choose to use this service.

Delivery dates and times are quoted in good faith but are not guaranteed. Seller cannot assume any risk or liability for delay or non-fulfillment of shipments due to acts of war, strikes, breakdowns, fires, or other causes beyond Seller's control. It is up to the buyer to ensure the delivery address given is accurate and to allow sufficient time for any delays in deliveries. Freight charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Aus Security Products is not responsible for Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages. If your item happens to get lost, damaged, or stolen, we will do our best to assist you by providing you with the tracking number and shipment details. It is the customer's responsibility to solve the issue with the Postal Office. Please understand that lost, damaged, or stolen packages are out of our control.

Processing Your Order

Aus Security Products ships to All Australian States and Territories and internationally to New Zealand.

Orders received on weekends and NSW Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
