What is Earthing?
Earthing, also known as grounding, is a practice that involves connecting the human body to the earth's surface. This connection can be made by walking barefoot on the ground, swimming in natural bodies of water, or by using special conductive tools like Earthing mats, sheets, or wristbands.

For all leatherette products such as Earthing Underlays, Mats, Pillow Covers, Yoga Mats, Footrests, Car Mats, and Desk Mats:
To maintain the pristine condition of your leatherette Earthing product, gently wipe it down with a warm, damp cloth using a mild liquid soap or a diluted mixture of your preferred essential oil and water. After cleaning, allow it to air dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid washing in a washing machine, ironing, or dry cleaning to preserve its quality.
For cotton-based products including throws, recovery bags, EMF clothing, and blankets:
Easily refresh your cotton-based Earthing items by washing them on a gentle warm water cycle with eco-friendly laundry detergent. After washing, air dry them or line dry for best results. If desired, you can iron them on a low heat setting for a crisp finish.
Please avoid the following:
