Shieldex® Zell RS CR: Highly Conductive Fabric for Cleanroom and IR Shielding Applications
Shieldex® Zell RS CR is an extremely conductive fabric metalized with silver, copper, and tin, offering an exceptionally low surface electrical resistance of 0.02 Ω. The additional CR coating makes this conductive textile compatible with cleanroom applications and provides additional shielding against infrared radiation.

Similar to Shieldex® Zell RS, Shieldex® Zell RS CR is a highly conductive fabric coated with silver, copper, and tin. The special CR coating enables this fabric to be used in cleanroom environments. The copper and tin coating significantly enhances the fabric's conductivity. The tin coating also enables solderability and excellent contacting to other materials.
The robust ripstop fabric structure, with 2,500 threads per cm² in both warp and weft directions, makes Shieldex® Zell RS CR suitable for various industrial and technical applications where mechanical stress is a primary concern. This conductive textile is commonly used in:
