Connect to the free healing power of Earth as you practice your yoga, meditation, stretch and workout. This mat can also be used as a standing desk mat to keep you earthed and protected from EMF while you work.
This Earthing Yoga mat is 100% PVC-free and Latex-free. It has an anti-slip surface and measures 61cm x 183cm (24" x 72"), 6mm (0.24") thick. Includes a basic carry bag.
Requires bare skin contact to Earth your body. It can be used with the Grounded Kiwi conductive silver fiber socks. If you are a yoga instructor and want to use multiple mats from the one Earthing Rod, please see the four-way splitter box.
Includes Earthing plug & cord. We recommend adding a socket tester to your order to ensure that your power socket is correctly connected to the Earth.

Care Instructions
Gently wipe down with a warm, damp cloth using a mild liquid soap or a diluted mixture of your preferred essential oil and water. After cleaning, allow it to air dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid washing in a washing machine, ironing, or dry cleaning to preserve its quality.
- Do not wash with bleach or fabric softeners
- Avoid using whitening or oxi-detergents
- Refrain from using oils like lavender or coconut oil on the products
