Product Overview

The Mission Darkness Deploy Kit 5 solves multiple problems for forensics investigators and labs. The Deploy Kit 5 stands out because of its portability, making transferring devices and evidence from the field to the lab seamless. The durable hard protective travel case ensures all enclosed cell phones and tablets are charged and shielded.

The portable charging feature prevents lockout mode, reduces the time needed to break a passcode, and keeps devices charged while transferred to a forensic lab. Once the kit arrives, unlocking tools like GrayKey, Cellebrite, Magnet, XRY, BlackBag, and Oxygen can be used to extract data.

The case (designed by SKB) is constructed with ultra high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin, featuring a gasket-sealed, water and dust tight, submersible design (MIL-STD 810G). It includes five fully equipped compartments with all necessary charging components.

Usage Steps

1. 7 batteries come with the kit
2. 5 batteries are charged in the red slots while 2 backup batteries charge in the green slots
3. When a battery is needed, move it from charging slots into a blue slot
4. Change the status indicator to "IN USE"
5. Connect the battery to the Charge & Shield Faraday Bag with the USB cable
6. Open the bag, pull the USB extension cable out, insert the correct charging tip
7. Connect the device to the charging tip
8. Press the button on the battery to begin charging
9. Place the device back into the bag, seal properly, and insert into the bag slot
10. To check charging status, remove the bag from the slot (do not remove the device) and reinsert the USB cable in the battery
