To maintain your Earthing Recovery Bag, we recommend washing it every one to two weeks in warm water (40°C) with a liquid laundry detergent. Line dry or dry in a dryer on low heat (up to 65°C) and iron on low heat if desired. Avoid washing with bleach, fabric softeners, whitening detergents, oxi-detergents, detergents with strong fragrances, and dryer sheet fabric softeners. Don't dry clean. Washing your grounding product helps strip body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver, keeping it conductive and providing optimal benefits.

After cleaning, allow it to air dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid washing in a washing machine, ironing, or dry cleaning to preserve its quality.
For cotton-based products including throws, recovery bags, EMF clothing, and blankets:
Easily refresh your cotton-based Earthing items by washing them on a gentle warm water cycle with eco-friendly laundry detergent. After washing, air dry them or line dry for best results. If desired, you can iron them on a low heat setting for a crisp finish.
