The YSHIELD® V4A03 is an extremely fine woven, non-corrosive stainless steel mesh designed for superior protection against high-frequency radiation (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (LF). Made from corrosion-resistant V4A (AISI 316) stainless steel, this mesh provides exceptional 55 dB shielding attenuation and is resistant to water, humidity, mild acids, and even salty seawater in coastal areas.

Superior Shielding Performance

This product shields both high-frequency electromagnetic fields (HF) and low-frequency alternating electric fields (LF). The indicated dB values apply to 1 GHz, with measurements from 600 MHz to 40 GHz according to ASTM D4935-10 and IEEE Std 299-2006 standards.

Installation Guidelines

Single mesh elements should overlap by at least 5 cm. The mesh can be bolted or stapled together for drywall and roof installations. For grounding applications, use perforated stainless steel tape GSS25 by screwing it across elements into the surface. This electrically conductive product must be integrated into functional-equipotential bonding (FEB).
