The vest is cool to the skin, though I have yet to test it during the warm and hot summer wants. I was hit by strong EMF from my phone which I forgot to switch off at night. I became very sick, especially in my right lung. That's when I decided to shield my body using this vest, and got rid of my 5g phone, making sure I switched of my 4g phone at night.
